Position Summary:

Serves as the liaison between the branch and the business office with regard to all financial transactions. Ensures all business procedures are followed at the branch.

Essential Functions:

1. Manages branch accounts receivable. Ensures daily deposits of all cash.

2. Recruits, trains, and supervises assigned staff and volunteers.

3. Reviews the daily cash reconciliation. Reviews and follow ups on returned checks and bank drafts.

4. Assists branch staff and serves as the point person at the branch for software and business questions.

5. Coordinates month-end closing and reviews the branch financial statements. Assists branch staff in annual budget development.

6. Oversees office functions such as petty cash, office equipment and supplies, etc.

7. Manages purchasing of supplies and equipment for the branch.

8. Reviews payroll related transactions for accuracy and completeness. May assist new employees with on-boarding processes.

9. Coordinates and supports assigned aspects of the annual support campaign at the branch.

10. May provide administrative support to the branch executive director.

Qualifications:

1. Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or some units strongly preferred.

2. CPR/First Aid certification required.

3. Criminal Clearance: Including Fingerprints and background clearance, TB Test.

4. Must attend a new employee orientation within the first 90 days of employment.

5. Two years or more years related business management or office management experience required.

6. Understanding of basic accounting concepts and applications including cash reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

7. Experience with standard business software and office machines.

Working Conditions:

Environmental Factors: Indoor and outdoor facilities (e.g. kitchen and recreational sites); exposure to heat, cold, potentially hazardous chemicals, toxic materials; work on slippery or uneven surfaces. Noise level is usually moderate.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $70,304 - $85,068
